You need to recompile mxODBC using the DONT_REPORT_WARNINGS
compile time switch. Edit mxCOMMERCIAL.py to add this macro definition:


                  define_macros=[('unixODBC', None),
                                  ('DONT_REPORT_WARNINGS', None)],
