eGenix.com Product Updates
Patch level updates are generally always included in all licenses you purchase from eGenix, e.g. updates from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 are free of charge.
Minor (e.g. 3.0 to 3.1) and major (e.g. 3.1 to 4.0) version updates usually require a license upgrade. If in doubt, please contact our sales team.

Cross-Upgrading from mxODBC 3.0 to mxODBC Connect 1.0
If you are interested in cross-upgrading from mxODBC to our new mxODBC Connect product, please contact our sales team.
Upgrading from mxODBC 2.0 to 3.0
We no longer offer upgrades from mxODBC 2.0 to 3.0. Please purchase new licenses if you want to use mxODBC 3.0 via our online shop.
Upgrading from eGenix mx Base 2.0 to 3.0
Since eGenix mx Base is our open-source software distribution, there is no need to upgrade a license. However, eGenix mx Base does come with a slightly changed license, the eGenix.com Public License 1.1.0.
Regarding changes to the various packages, please see the package documentation. We have taken great care to make the upgrade as smooth as possible. There are only very few things that have changes in incompatible ways.
